Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to orders placed on merchcomp.com, operated by Vinod Kumar Jain. Because our products are custom-made / printed to order, please read this carefully.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered production.
Once an item enters production it cannot be cancelled, as it is made specifically for you.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as early as possible.

Returns & refunds

As items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor colour variation inherent to printing. We will replace or refund an item if it arrives:

Damaged or defective, or
Materially different from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong print, or wrong size versus the size ordered).

Non-printed items

Items purchased without custom printing (plain / blank stock items) may be returned for a refund only if all of these conditions are met: (1) the item is returned brand-new, unused, and in its original condition and packaging; (2) you arrange and pay for the return courier yourself; and (3) the item is received back by us within 10 days of you receiving it. After we receive and inspect the item, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method. Custom-printed / made-to-order items remain non-returnable and non-refundable as described above.

How to raise a claim

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue (and of the shipping label for damage claims).
Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or, if you prefer, a refund.

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take additional time). For international orders, only the product value is refunded; original shipping charges and any customs duties already incurred are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Custom designs

Products created through the "design your own" studio use artwork supplied by you and are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a print that does not match your approved design.

Design moderation & intellectual property. Every design on merchcomp — whether you upload it, type it, or generate it with our AI tools — is subject to review. We may refuse, remove, or permanently delete any design, before or after it is submitted, that appears to infringe someone else's intellectual property or personality/publicity rights — including well-known faces or celebrity likenesses, brand names and logos, and copyrighted characters or artwork — and such designs will not be mass-printed. By uploading or generating a design you confirm you have the right to use it and accept that infringing designs will be taken down. Any design you create, generate or upload here becomes the intellectual property of Vinod Kumar Jain.
