These Terms & Conditions govern your use of merchcomp.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. The Store is owned and operated by Vinod Kumar Jain ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & made-to-order nature

We sell custom-printed and ready-made merchandise. Most products are manufactured on demand after you order. Product images, mock-ups and studio previews are representations; slight variations in colour, placement and finish are normal for printed goods.

2. Pricing, taxes & payment

Prices are in INR (charged in the transaction currency for international orders) and are inclusive of GST unless stated. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your full card details. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. See our Pricing page.

3. Your content & intellectual property

When you upload artwork, text, images or logos to design a product, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use that content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual-property, publicity or other rights.
Any design created, generated (including with our AI tools) or uploaded on merchcomp — and all resulting artwork — becomes the intellectual property of Vinod Kumar Jain (merchcomp). You assign to us all rights in such designs, and we may store, display, reproduce, modify, print, sell and reuse them; you retain no ownership once a design is created or uploaded here.
You agree to indemnify Vinod Kumar Jain against any claim arising from content you supply.

4. Prohibited & infringing content — moderation

You may not create, upload, generate (including with our AI design tools) or order products bearing content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes another party's intellectual-property, trademark, copyright or personality/publicity rights. This specifically includes well-known faces and celebrity likenesses, brand names and logos, and copyrighted characters or artwork that you do not own or have permission to use. All designs — uploaded or AI-generated — are subject to moderation: we may refuse, remove or permanently delete any design, and cancel and refund any order not yet in production, that we believe violates this clause, and we will not mass-print such items.

5. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be addressed in good faith by contacting us at [email protected]; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Design moderation & intellectual property. Every design on merchcomp — whether you upload it, type it, or generate it with our AI tools — is subject to review. We may refuse, remove, or permanently delete any design, before or after it is submitted, that appears to infringe someone else's intellectual property or personality/publicity rights — including well-known faces or celebrity likenesses, brand names and logos, and copyrighted characters or artwork — and such designs will not be mass-printed. By uploading or generating a design you confirm you have the right to use it and accept that infringing designs will be taken down. Any design you create, generate or upload here becomes the intellectual property of Vinod Kumar Jain.
