Every merchcomp order is made to order. Nothing is pulled from a pile of pre-printed stock — your product is printed fresh, for you, the moment you order it, then shipped across India and worldwide. That one choice is what lets us keep quality high, the range wide, and waste low.
How your order is made
From the moment you check out to the parcel at your door, every piece moves through the same disciplined path:
- Design or choose. Personalise a product in the studio — art, photo, text or logo — or pick a ready-made design or a plain blank.
- Pre-flight check. We check resolution, placement and colour so nothing prints blurry, cropped or off-centre.
- Method matched. We pick the print method that suits your fabric, your artwork and your quantity — not a one-machine-fits-all shortcut.
- Printed fresh. Your design is printed on the right press, calibrated for that fabric and colour.
- Cured & finished. Ink is heat-cured to lock it in — the step that decides whether a print survives the laundry basket.
- Checked by a human. A person inspects print, colour and placement before it is allowed to ship.
- Packed & tracked. Your order is packed and dispatched with a tracking link, domestic or international.
The right method for the right job
A photograph on a cotton tee, a bold logo on a hoodie, a name and number on a jersey and an all-over pattern on a polyester shirt are four different problems — and pressing them all on one machine is exactly why cheap prints crack and fade. We match the method to the work: soft water-based ink for photographic cotton, a film transfer for dark and mixed fabrics, dye-sublimation for edge-to-edge polyester, stitched thread for premium logos, and more. With a design, or without
You don't have to design anything to shop with us. Use the With design / Without design switch at the top of the store: personalise any blank in the studio, or buy premium blank stock plain and add your art another day. Either way it is printed or picked, checked and shipped the same careful way.
